Refund / Cancellation / Returns Policy



In the event we ship the wrong item to you we will replace the item with the correct item or we will refund the purchase price and collect the item from you.

In the event that the item supplied is defective, we will exchange the item for a new item or we will refund the purchase price and collect the item from you.

In the event that the item supplied is damaged during the delivery process, we will exchange the item for a new item or we will refund the purchase price and collect the item from you.

All refunds will be made in AED using the original method of payment used to pay for the order. 


All our products are made to order therefore cancellation of any order or item on your order should be made as soon as possible after order placement.
Once your order is ready to ship we will only refund 50% of the order value if the order is cancelled. 
To cancel your order or any part of the order email with your order number and details of the items you wish to cancel.



Product Returns

Each product is made to order therefore we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in the event you ordered the wrong size or wrong product.

Any request for an exchange or refund is at our discretion.

Custom made types of goods are exempt from being returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Product Return Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Customers who paid by cheque or cash as there original method of payment, will be refunded within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
